Street Names

In a certain city, there exists over 100 streets. Street 1 is named First Street, street 2 is named Second Street so on and so forth.

A traveller decides to walk through all these streets in the country.  He could find all the streets except Street 62. No matter how hard he tried, he could not find it.  He later found that the locals had given the street another name.

What is the name?

Example: blue and yellow mixed + solid ground = ?   Answer: green + land = Greenland

1. Something that will make you sick + an indefinite number =  germ + any = Germany
2. Half of the width of an em + an organ for secreting =  en + gland = England
3. A swindle + to move or travel =  con + go = Congo
4. An animal's shelter + a visible sign =  den + mark = Denmark
