This note comes from Momma Donna Goede, GG, regarding a very important letter from the IRS:

All Missouri Jobies!

Each Bethel has been sent an important letter from the Internal Revenue Service--they have been mailed to the Temple or meeting place address! These MUST be completed and returned!! If you do not have one or can't find the one sent to the temple CALL-- Mom Ginny Goede Right now her Email is not working so call her at work during the day or at home. If you have yours and are confused, also call her or wait for her to send directions when she can get to a working computer. Every Bethel must complete this document so pass the word to anyone who might not have email or not check theirs often!

Thank you!
Momma Donna

This note comes from Melissa Kinion, GS #40, regarding their upcoming meeting:

Hey all SO next week is our meeting and we I don't have the protem lined up of course.  Diane, Daniella and Jen, I was keeping HQ and the line officers open for you first if one can't I think that I spoke in a email to Jen about maybe getting a rotation going if that is easier for you three. Of course we always love to see all three of you in the east but come on people have things to do right?

So I am checking who can be there for what positions. I know Caitilyn you said you are a PHQ and are coming from Jackson so I will have a position for you I just don't know which one yet. I know the Trio and Lauren and Carolyn are regular helpers of Bethel #40 and what to make sure I place them in a position of interest but there are so many great helpers and so few line officer spots. I love watching our girls watch such great role models so all of you are greatly welcomed.

Please let me know all that can help ASAP the Trio comes 1st then the miss Mo trio second and then from there we will see how it goes I would love a line up a month in advance if that is possible to talk to me if you can email or phone 314-402-4447, and my new email is this one d_mkinion@sbcglobal.net.  OK sorry so long talk to you soon see ya on the 3rd.

PS Beverly if Lauren is coming can you play?

This note comes from Momma Donna Goede, GG, regarding the recent Grand Lodge Session:

To all Missouri Jobies!

I have just returned home from an exciting time at Grand Lodge. Our GBHQ Diane did a great job addressing the Master Masons of Missouri--she made us all very proud! Two very exciting news items have come from our trip to Columbia. Guardians please watch your mailbox for the specifics but, we will initiate and install new members on November 4 to open a Bethel at Swope Park Lodge in Kansas City! And we have arranged a time to do the Prospective Member and Parents Ceremony for Laclede Lodge in Lebanon, Missouri on October 21! Missouri is definitely growing! Several other areas have also inquired and we will continue to communicate with those areas. And in other news! Past Associate Bethel Guardian to Bethel #43--Dad David Haywood--was appointed to the Grand advancing line and will be working towards being the Grand Master of Missouri in nine years! Of course we know HE will support Masonic Youth and Job's Daughters during his journey! Congratulations Dave!

Love, Momma Donna

This note comes from Melissa Stockton, GS #40, regarding their upcoming meetings.

Hey Thanks for all that helped out last meeting we need a continued line up of helpers until we get a few more girls. I know some of you may have to go by day by day basis but if any of you girls know that you can help on Oct 3rd and then Nov 7Th we could set something up now. We are asking the HQ position being filled by the Trio first if they can't then we will go from there.

My new email after this weekend 9/22/07 is d_mkinion@sbcglobal.net.  I will be emailing the trio with this note and a few dedicated helpers.

Another thing is that we need some experienced girls/adults to help with the Ritual practice as we do our Council meeting on the 9/26 at 6:30 and 10/17 (this day may change).
We can have a list of what to go over. We need creative ways for them to know there floor work and station work.

Thanks,
Mom Melissa Stockton Guardian Secretary Bethel 40
