 TO:  ALL STATE OFFICERS, MEMBERS, ADVISORS AND FRIENDS

The Illustrious Potentate, Richard Floyd and the DeMolay Knights Shrine Club cordially invite you to attend the 31^st annual reception and dance in honor of the State Officers of the Youth Groups of Missouri.

This awesome event of unity will be held on Saturday March 10, 2012 at 7:00pm at the Ararat Shrine Temple, 5100 Ararat Drive in Kansas City.  After the formal presentation of the State Officers, a dance will follow to the music of a well known Disc Jockey.

The young ladies are requested to wear a formal or evening gown dress and the young men are requested to wear a suit, coat and tie, or tuxedo.  Casual dress will not be permitted for the evening.

Light refreshments will be served throughout the evening courtesy of the Potentate.

Ararat Temple has many activities going on at the same time as the dance, so we are requested to remain in Bennett Auditorium during the evening.  Also, please come to Ararat Temple dressed accordingly as there will not be a place to change.

Last year there were close to 500 people attending this event, so it is an excellent opportunity to bring guests or prospects for your respective organization.
